No Pets, service animals ok. please communicate, ask prior. The space All the furnishings are high end brand new and purchased for comfort, ease and durability. This upper level 2 bdrm condo ( enter at ground level, inside stairs take you to our space!) is 1116 sq feet with air conditioning, a little Juliet balcony to step out , sit on the bistro chairs and watch the fireworks or all thats going on in Exhibition Park. Best ice cream shop across the street In Riverside Park. Farmers Markets downtown. Free reserved parking with electrical insert. The Sask. Landing Prov. Park is 25 mins on Sask River. Guests staying longer than 1 week, please know I can arrange our cleaner to come in for a reduced rate weekly or every 2 weeks. We take pride in the space for all guests therefore any reservations that are more than 1 month please know I'll request you to have our cleaner in mid stay. Please let me know and I will happily arrange for you. Guest access The entire place is yours to enjoy and treat as your own. If you are staying longer than 1 week I have negotiated a special rate with our housekeeper to come in on a scheduled day mid way thru your stay that is convenient for you. Please discuss with me upon booking if you would like me to arrange. If so, I will ask you to leave cash for her job. The parking is #54 equipped with Electrical should you have a vehicle that requires charging. We are pleased to offer CHROMECAST on the large TV in the Living Room to be used with your smartphone so that you can stream all that you want to watch! Wonderful! Other things to note I am really pleased to offer this space with all the necessary extra items expected at a high level airbnb. I am thrilled with the authentic photos that show exactly as we have it, ready for you. The strata is top rate and will handle the landscaping and snow removal, salt etc so you don't have to worry about that! That being said we are prepared for the Sasketchewan winters and have left a snow shovel and salt inside the front door for your use.
