Garden studio in rural location

Carnmeor Cottage Lodge is a modern lodge situated in a tranquil rural setting 5 minutes outside of Praze-an-beeble with both North and South coast locations within 15 minute’s drive. A perfect location for those that want to get away from the hussle and bustle with numerous country walks from the door but still having easy access to the famous Cornish coastline locations nearby. The space Large open living space with double bed, large sofa and kitchenette. Separate toilet / shower room. Externally there is decking which looks out over the garden and lower orchard. Carnmeor is based in a very quiet rural location. Sitting out on the decking in the evening listening to bird song is a lovely way to spend some time. A great place to retreat to after a busy day of sightseeing or visiting local beaches. Guest access Check in is self-service. Please see the check in details for code and directions. Other things to note Hot water: The lodge has hot water, but due to construction limitations the tank is quite small. It takes approximately 15 minutes for a tank of water to heat up. This will provide a shower that lasts around 3-5 minutes depending on the heat and flow setting. Long enough to have a good shower, but you’ll run out of hot water if you get distracted singing for too long! Same day bookings: Same day bookings are accepted, but we need to approve them, just so we can be sure the lodge has been cleaend and is ready for you to arrive. WiFi: WiFi is available in the lodge, though we have to use boosters to get it from the house to the lodge which makes it a bit slower and less reliable. Normally switching it off and on again sorts it out. WiFi is fine for personal use but may not be enough to rely on if planning to work from home with streaming meetings etc.
