Studio in Exmouth Devon

Studio apartment in the lovely seaside town of Exmouth. The studio is a self contained space to the rear of our house, it has a living/sleeping space with a small kitchenette, breakfast bar and separate shower room. The town centre, local amenities, and train station are 5 minutes walk away. The beach likewise but in a different direction. Our household consists of a family of 4, 2 cats and a very friendly but large labradoodle. Keys are in a safe so you can come and go as you please :) The space The studio has a beachy feel, it is fully self contained and has its own access down both sides of the main house. The bed doubles up as a sofa but it’s very easy to pop up and take down and bedding can be stored within the sofa itself. Full bedding, a very comfy bamboo mattress topper, bath and hand towels are provided. There is a little sofa that can be made into a little bed if you are travelling with a child. You just need to add the extra person charge to your booking and we will be more than happy to make it up for you. The studio has a TV with all the main channels and netflix. If music is your thing we have a small, good quality Bose Bluetooth speaker that you can connect too. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, toaster, 2 electric plug in hobs, a kettle and an air fryer. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, salt and pepper are provided. Free road side parking is available on our road and adjacent roads. Parking is never normally an issue :) Exmouth beach is 5 minutes walk away! Budleigh beach is 10 minutes drive away or you can walk the coastal path via Sandy bay and Ladrum bay holiday parks. There are also many other attractions in the area including Sidmouth donkey sanctuary, Bicton botanical gardens and Crealy theme park. As well as beautiful coastal walks, plus walks on Dartmoor and Woodbury common. Exmouth town itself is also a short walk away with all local amenities, pubs, restaurants and cafes. There is also a laundrette, leisure centre and train station very nearby. All you need for a lovely trip away :) Guest access You access the studio by walking down a small path either side of the main house, there’s a wooden gate at the ends, the latch is on the other side so just reach over and unhook it. Outside the studio is a patio and a seated area which you’re welcome to use. We close the blinds to the main house during your stay to give you as much privacy as possible. Other things to note We have 2 cats that roam free and love sleeping on the outdoor furniture near the studio. The seating area near the studio is however free for you to use should you wish. We also have a very friendly but very large and shaggy labradoodle. He is very loving in nature but also quite excitable. 🐕
