This well presented and spacious double bedroom, with its own private bathroom (30 sqm space), sits within a stylish and characterful Victorian apartment with all modern amenities. Ideal for singles or couples who wish to explore the city in a sought after, leafy and bohemian area right next to Sefton Park & the Palm House. The bustling Lark Lane is a 5 minute walk away (Anfield 18 min ride). You will have shared access to the kitchen and living rooms during your stay. Please feel at home. The space The space comprises a large living area and open plan kitchen on the ground floor, with expansive views across to the park. Down some stairs, you will find your master bedroom suite with extra large bedroom and spacious bathroom. All bed linen is 100% quality cotton, on a Simba mattress, ensuring you have a comfortable sleep. Your space is equipped with an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are also available for your convenience. Clothes can be hung/stored in a large double wardrobe. Guest access The apartment is accessed from a private door on the ground floor of the communal area, once you have entered the building via the main entrance door. Self check-in is available via a lock box. As you enter the apartment, your master bedroom suite is located downstairs, following the corridor round to last door. Please make use of the kitchen and living room and help yourself to tea, coffee and milk. Instructions will be given on how to check-in closer to the date and once booking has been confirmed. During your stay I may be available to greet you but, if not, you will be able to self check in using the lockbox. Although we will share the kitchen and lounge/living room, please enjoy and use these spaces too (the views across to the park are wonderful). Other things to note Please note this listing is for single persons or couples only. It is not suitable for more than 2 people or children. Other people live in separate apartments within the Victorian villa so this listing is not for parties and consideration must be given at all times to other residents. The main foyer area and staircase, from which others access their apartments, is a quiet, clean space and neighbours are friendly and peaceful.
