Working photographic studio right at the heart of Manchester's Northern Quarter with facilities for a stylish, comfortable stay over. Private access and right amongst fantastic locations around the NQ, Ancoats and central Manchester. In the midst of independent shops, bars, public art and all the wonders of the area on a pedestrianised street with outdoor dining. Short walk or ride to tram, bus, cycle and rail networks. 50m to multi-storey car park. The space Large open plan loft style space set out for photographic shoots as well as overnight stays. Access is by stairs to the stylish and unique space featuring original art work. Parts of the building date back to 1700's. Reclaimed and original materials have been used in renovation work which maintains the patina of its retail and industrial past along with an eclectic mix of antique and modern fittings. Well equipped kitchen with sink, 2 x induction hobs, oven and grill, microwave, fridge freezer and various coffee and tea making facilities. Dishwasher and washing machine. This is the Northern Quarter so great coffee is always just a few steps away but the kitchen is also equipped for a little experimentation of your own. The comfortable double bed folds away to create an extra large working space during the day for shoots and events but creates a cozy overnight space when in use. Shower and WC. Guest access Private direct access from the street. Steel security door to keep you and your things safe. Other things to note The space is right at the heart of the Northern Quarter. This has advantages of access to everything the region has to offer right on your doorstep but also be aware this is inner city living. The space is generally quiet as there is little car traffic but is surrounded by bars and restaurants so there will be some noise associated with this. The street has outside dining from late morning through the afternoon which gives a lovely atmosphere. The shop below the studio operates roughly between 10:30am and 6pm. They will have music on and the occasional ring from their lovely vintage till. Not loud but noticeable.
