VERY IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS: It is important that you check each photo that is published in our ad, in the gallery of the application you can see two photos of google maps where we show where the accommodation is located. If your expectation is high luxury, it is suggested to look for another accommodation tailored to you, in this villa we seek the best balance with cost and quality for our guests. ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION: The kitchen has access to the laundry area, machine room and laundry room where the service staff accesses and is not available to guests, it is closed during their stay. The pool attendant visits the machine area once a day through the aforementioned back door, it is independent of the house and that is where the pool filters are turned on. As stated in the pool regulations, use of the pool ends at 10 p.m. The pool attendant will put chemicals at 10 pm so that upon departure the pool is ready for the next group, this is mandatory and there are no exceptions. The next day you can use the pool until your departure time. The accommodation has hot water in two of the bathrooms. In the bathroom shared with Rooms 1 and 2 there is no hot water at the moment, please consider this. The house is accessed by a 150-meter dirt road. We have a local market and the Plaza Palmas where the Walmart is located. Trash is deposited in a container outside the house. Noise should be moderate after 10pm We ask that you do not leave dirty dishes when you leave, otherwise extra cleaning will be charged. Daily cleaning is not included in the price of the accommodation, if you want cleaning you can coordinate it with my staff. Send me a message beforehand so I can give you the number. Guest access Guests have access to these areas of the accommodation: Parking Swimming pool Kitchen Dining Room Rooms Bathrooms and outdoor garden. You can breathe in the countryside atmosphere, if you are looking to relax, it is an excellent option. The pool and palapa are exclusively for guests' use during their stay. (The pool does not have a heater) Its measurements are: 11m long x 2.5m wide and 1m deep. We have a grill for barbecues. There are 4 rooms for 16 people in total. The layout of the house is specified in the ad, please review it well. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils, such as: Deep dishes, wide dishes, cutlery, knives, pots, pans, glasses, cups. If you're going to do something more elaborate, I suggest bringing your own dishes. You will be charged for broken or lost dishes. The cost of the Santa Anita dishes is $50 MX per piece. (Plates, cups, soup plates, cereal plates, etc.) Other things to note This home does not include daily or intermediate housekeeping. The cleaning fee that appears in the app corresponds only to the cleaning performed at the end of the stay. The published photos clearly describe the place. There are a total of 3 full bathrooms. Two full bathrooms are shared between the rooms, the distribution is as follows: Room 1 and 2 share a full bathroom. Room 3 & 4 share another full bathroom. The third full bathroom is located in the outdoor area. It is ideal for showering before entering the pool and not entering the rooms wet. If you arrive from the beach, it is extremely important that you rinse down before entering the pool to remove sand. There is an outdoor shower at the entrance to the accommodation. If our pool attendant detects excess sand in the pool, he will tell me immediately. In total there are four rooms and the distribution of the beds can be found in the published photos. The rooms are only delivered with bedding, that is, with sheets as shown in the published photos. Two bath towels are provided per room, giving a total of 8 towels. It is recommended to bring your own. Our towels are not rags. If we detect that they were used to dry the floors or as mats, the towel will be charged as new, these have a cost of $150 each. Two hotel soaps are provided per bathroom, we suggest bringing personal toiletries. Upon arrival, the accommodation is delivered with one toilet paper per bathroom. Parking for two medium-sized cars. If there are more cars, they can be parked outside the house, no problem. The main avenue and the entrance to the developing subdivision are safe, you find yourself with the feeling of being in a place with daily life of a town absorbed by the nearby development of a growing city, you breathe peace and tranquility. STARLINK INTERNET: We have Starlink satellite internet. The rainy season has currently begun in Mexico. It is important to emphasize that the antenna works perfectly, but on cloudy days it may be intermittent. Please take this into account before booking. If you are not familiar with or do not like the tranquility of village life, look for something more suitable for your needs or dare to live the experience, ideal for family(s). About air conditioners and light: They must be switched off (mandatory) if you are not in the accommodation. The rooms cool down in less than 10 minutes, so there is no need to leave them on if you will not be in the rooms. It is important to keep them at a temperature of 23 degrees Celsius. Even if the temperature is lowered, the room will not cool down further. Instead, the pipes will freeze and, instead of drawing cold air, they will draw water. Please take this into account. The staff who clean and maintain the pool are authorized to turn off the air conditioners and the lights (fans) from outside the rooms if they are left on and there is no one in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance and if the air conditioners are left on if no one is in the accommodation, an extra fee ranging from $500 MX to $1,000 MX will be charged at the host's discretion.
