Outdoor bathroom: Conveniently located for beach days. Our outdoor bathroom lets you rinse off sand and saltwater without tracking them indoors. Ample Parking and Security: Gated Property. Guest access House Rules for your delightful retreat in Agua de Coco Beach House, in Guayama. 1. No Smoking Indoors - to maintain the freshness of our newly renovated space, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Feel free to enjoy your cigarette or cigars at the Gazebo area ONLY. 2. Quiet Hours - Respect the tranquility of our neighborhood and fellow guests. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Keep noise levels down during this time. 3. Beach Gear Courtesy- We encourage beach days! However, please rinse off sand and saltwater before entering the house. Use the outdoor shower. 4. Gated Property Security - The property gate must remain closed at all times. This ensures privacy and security of everyone. 5. Parking etiquette - park only in the designated areas. We have plenty of parking space, so there is no need to block walkways or other vehicles. 6. Outdoor spaces - Enjoy the gazebo, covered patio and outdoor terrace. However, please keep them tidy. Dispose of trash properly. 7. Fruit Trees - Feel free to pick ripe fruit from our trees. Just be mindful of the surroundings and avoid damaging plants. 8. Alarm System - Arm the alarm system when leaving the property; your safety matters to us. 9. Guest Limit - The house comfortably accommodates a maximum of 5 guests; please do not exceed this limit. 10. Check in procedure - Check in time is 3:00 PM. Your will be provided with an access code for the main gate lock as well as for the door lock. You will be able to access the house on your own. 11. Check out procedure - Check out is 11:00 AM. Leave the house in the same condition you found it. Put used towels in the laundry basket. 12. Pet Friendly - our cozy place is pet friendly. The property features a spacious and securely fenced patio where your furry friend can roam freely. It’s a perfect spot for your pet to enjoy the outdoors while you relax. Additionally, please note that pets cannot be left unattended during their stay. Ensuring your pet’s safety and well-being is our priority! Bring necessary supplies for your pet, including food, medications, and first aid items.
