Wellness and Yoga Retreats are Welcome! SECURITY CAMERAS & NOISE MONITORING Outdoor Surveillance cameras are located at the front door and yoga room for your safety and security. Also, noise monitors are installed to ensure decent decibel levels are maintained. Please ask the host if you have questions or concerns. Other things to note There is a Noise Ordinance in the county to help maintain peace and enjoyment for our neighborhood. We have quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Noise carries easily in the open desert. We ask that guests go inside after 10pm as not to disturb others. There are Ring security cameras located outside the front door and on the garage pointing towards the parking area. These devices are motion activated and record video and sound and will be recording during all reservations for safety reasons. There are no recording devices inside the home. We also have a NoiseAware system in the living room that monitors sound levels. The device does not record sound. It simply monitors the decibel level in the living space and alerts the property manager when it is above a normal threshold. Registration number CESTRP-2023-01708
