Strategic location in Las Pocitas, Máncora - very quite and at the same time close to the center of Máncora, 1.5km, 5 minutes by 🛺. Second beach line, with public access to the beach at 50 meters. The official and only spot in Mancora to watch and swim with sea turtles (Nado con tortugas) is at 300 meters. The space The apartment has a private kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, and a living room—all exclusively yours. The pool and its terrace are shared with my other apartments. Other things to note The apartment is situated on the second level of the property, along with the pool and shared public area, about 20 meters above street- and 30 meters above sea level. Access from the main entrance is by a stairway. The terrace and fences may not be safe for small children.
