The apartment is fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances such as microwave, fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dinnerware, and cookware. We don’t provide cooking ingredients. Bed linens and towels are provided. Bed lines, towels and toiletries will not be replenished. A starter toiletry set is included. The apartment is right in the center of the theme parks and Orlando attractions. FREE SHUTTLE to the theme parks. We are aprox. 1 mile from Sea World, Aquatica and Discovery Cove. Also, Universal and Island of Adventure are just 5 miles from the resort. Disney is just 7 miles away (aprox). Also near to amazing shoppings as Orlando International Premium Outlets, The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and more. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire apartment, common gym, pool & hot tub, Free shuttle to theme parks, BBQ area, kids playground, Laundry Facilities (coins), parking lot, mini market and Onsite Restaurant – Calypso Bar & Grill (Open Daily 11am – 11pm). Hotel services like breakfast, front desk, daily or inter daily cleaning, and room service are NOT provided. CHECK IN/CHECK OUT Check In time- starts 4:00 PM. Check-in with building staff at front desk. At least one guest must be 21+ to check in. Check Out Time- On or before 11:00 AM You will get information about the access once you complete the reservation. PARKING The building has a free open parking onsite. Parking is available free of charge (only one car on property per Unit). Limited on-site parking is permitted for Motor coaches, RV'S, Trailers according to availability. Front desk will provide a parking pass. SWIMMING POOL The hotel has one outdoor pool located in front of the apartment. The swimming pool and hot tub will be open and available for use between the hours of 9:00am and 11:00pm No lifeguard. PLEASE NOTE: The pool resurfacing is scheduled to begin on Monday, September 21, 2026, and is expected to Reopening the pool on Friday, October 2, 2026. FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE TO THEME PARKS There is a bus stop located outside the lobby where the shuttle picks up the guests. The schedules change depending on the park’s hours of operation and the season. The guest is given a schedule at check in, which has all the details on how to make their reservation which is done online at least 2 hours prior to the pickup time. The shuttle is currently going to: -Universal/Island Of Adventure Orlando. -Magic Kingdom Ticket and Transportation center. The guest can use the free Disney transportation system to visit the other Disney Parks. GYM The resort has a gym located next to the lobby. 24/7 LAUNDRY Laundry Facilities, coin operated, on the building 3rd floor. TRASH The trash must be placed outside the building in the containers available for that purpose. Other things to note • The resort has a Gift Shop/Convenience store Open 24 hours. • The guests can access to the onsite restaurant. • 7 mail packages can be delivered to you for free during your stay. After the 7th package there will be a charge of $10 per box to pay at front desk. • FREE WI-FI service • No smoking, No Vaping, No animals and No parties or events. • Housekeeping services are not included.
