Location The accommodation is located in a rural area 330 m above sea level and 3.5 km from the village of Ponta do Sol, where there is a beach, restaurants and cafes. 200 m away is the start of Levada do Moinho and 600 m away is Levada Nova, which are recommended walking routes with fabulous landscapes. Ponta do Sol is located in the southwestern part of the island, which has the best weather conditions in Madeira. A few kilometres away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers. Nearby you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and other nautical activities. The property has access to the main roads. Remarks A car is recommended for this location. Free car park is available in the property. The property's entrance is shared with the owner's main house, but the accommodation is independent. We ask that all guests keep food well-packed, so as to limit attracting insects given the island climate. Cleaning is done before guests check in and there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes the change of bed linen and towels. There is a small construction site nearby, which may cause noise and disturbance during the day on weekdays. The increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person. Conditions 1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited. 2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival. 3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival time is available via a key lockbox whose code is created and sent on the day of arrival.
