Equipped with natural stone floors and underfloor heating, it was lovingly expanded and furnished. On the first floor there is a cozy living-dining area with an open kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, stove + oven + toaster + coffee maker), a fireplace and access to the outdoor terrace. From the entrance area you will reach a comfortable bathroom made of natural stone with a barrier-free shower and sink. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms (one room with a large double bed, the other with a comfortable sofa bed and another sleeping option for children), as well as a bathroom with shower. On the sun terrace you can enjoy romantic sunrises and end the evening at sunset overlooking the garden. The landlord lives on the premises in the front house. Parking is available free of charge in front of the property. Check-in is possible via a key box. You are right on the Szczecin Lagoon. In 10 minutes you are at the beach, harbor, ice cream parlor or in a restaurant. A shopping facility is available in the village, and there is also a possibility to rent bicycles. We are surrounded by water, forest and meadows, all within minutes. The well-developed bike paths lead you through the wonderful landscape to small natural beaches, where you can enjoy the tranquility and relax from everyday stress. Ueckermünde is not far away and invites you to stroll through the old town with its cafes, restaurants and shops, from which you can reach the Ueckermünde harbor in a few minutes and marvel at sailing ships and delight your palate with fish. From there you can take boat trips to Usedom and Swinoujscie. The beach in Ueckermünde, which is very nice for children, offers playgrounds and mini-golf as well as the possibility to eat wonderfully in the beach hall overlooking the water. A visit to the very nice and popular zoo in Ueckermünde makes the day a highlight for your children.
