This property is within a 4 minute walk from restaurants, Church Landing, parks, hotels & the town docks. It features private parking, a bocce court, decks, and a very central location. The suite has a large bedroom with queen mattress, private bath, and a large sitting room with YouTube TV, Netflix, and Apple TV. We provide towels, toiletries, and free wifi. The space This suite boasts 460 sq.ft. of private living space, including a 200 sq ft sitting room. (The suite is attached to the main home where the hosts live - connected by a 218 sq ft common vestibule.) Guests are welcome through this common vestibule. The private bath has a shower and pedestal vanity. Towels, tissue, soap, and shampoo are provided. Fresh cotton linens cover a quality bed. The unit is cooled by both air conditioning and fans. The property has a bocce court and a deck, as well as a few Adirondack chairs....where you can find a quiet reading corner, or a view of the bustle of the town docks one minute away. We are ideally located within the village of Meredith...literally just a few minutes walk from shopping, eating, the resort hotels, entertaining and recreation of all manner. Please note there are security cameras in the common vestibule and throughout the exterior. Guest access Twelve Lake Street is on the corner of Lake and Lang Streets. Our parking is off Lang Street behind the stone terraced yard. A sign "Bare Feet Pied Nu" hangs by a sliding door; this is the common entry. Once you access the vestibule, your unit is on the right down one step. This is where you will meet your host. Other things to note Meredith is a resort town with arts, entertainment, recreation, and dining opportunities galore. Whether you are here to attend a theater production, a wedding, to hike or ski, recreate on the water, or attend one of the multiple art fairs, you'll find the location is ideal. There is shopping at a variety of boutiques, various annual regional events, and several places to hike or swim.... all within a short walk of the property. We also provide kayaks, SUPS, a BBQ grill, a bocce court and discounts on Lake Winnipesaukee charters. In addition to the absence of a cleaning fee, and in light of the very high rates at the local hotels, the value proposition to our guests should be self evident. We ask guests to consider these add on features when writing a review, whether you take advantage of these opportunities or not.
