Other things to note Pre-authorised damage deposit of £200 is required 24 hours before check in and is cancelled after check out, subject to inspection and full inventory check. If booking the same day as check in, you will be expected to set up the pre-authorised damage deposit shortly after the booking is made. Rental agreement also required to be signed prior to check in.
