The space This lovely flat can host you and a friend, a couple or a small family. It's a very spacious open plan lounge/dining area with three seater sofa, two arm chairs and lots of space to relax and enjoy. The TV features freeview channels as well as Netflix and all the other digital channels. The WiFi code can be found next to TV and will also be provided in the Welcome details. The flat is fully equipped with w/m and dryer and is on the ground floor of this beautifully well maintained block just 5 minutes from Kingston and the River Thames. Kingston is boasting an array of restaurants in the riverside, great shopping, John Lewis and the Bentalls Centre. A short walk (7 mins) or bus ride (1 stop away) in the opposite direction, you will reach Surbiton station with fast trains into London Waterloo which take 17 minutes. From there you have the underground and the ability to travel all over London. There are also trains to Hampton Court & Wimbledon if your here to watch the tennis. In Surbiton, you can enjoy boutique shops, lovely restaurants, Pubs, Cafe's and a buzzing vibe. Along with a M&S, Sainsbury & Waitrose all within walking distance. Guest access On most occations I will be there to greet you on your arrival. If that's not possible access into the building and flat can be made via the secure lock box.
