Evāra - A Studio Apartment

This open-plan studio apartment follows minimalistic design principles. Equipped with a kitchenette, two bathrooms, a full-sized King bed, a queen size Wall Bed, TV with Netflix, Hotstar, PrimeVideo, JioCinema and free WiFi, this space is capable of comfortably hosting a family of four. Please NOTE: This is an open plan apartment, and there are NO private bedrooms, the apartment is on the second floor, so you’ll need to go up two flights of stairs. NO PARTIES PLEASE 🙏🏽 and NO SMOKING 🚭 The space Just some trivia - when we were designing this place we went with a New York Style Studio apartment design concept, which translates to bigger spaces however that also means that the bed area is visible from the living area or the dining area. There are no enclosed rooms for the bed platform or the wall bed. Once you book, this space is only meant for you and the guests that you bring. It won't be shared by anyone else. It is perfect for a family of up to four or friends who would want open spaces. However, for the heavy snorers amongst you who need bedroom privacy this open plan might be a concern. :) Guest access Please note, the apartment is on the second floor, so you will need to go up two flights of stairs. Other things to note If you are accompanied with elderly people, please note they will have to go up two floors! While the stairs are wide and the steps are gentle it might be inconvenient for them.
