The brand new apartment is located in a quiet street and can accommodate 4 people plus infants. 1 bedroom with king bed and queen size floor air mattress provided in the living room. It is a modern and comfortable apartment. As for the living room, it includes a comfortable sofa and big TV with air conditioning for your relaxation and entertainment leisure. Our bed are selected from department store or quality furniture shops, solid timber or fabric integrated. The mattress are supper comfortable with medium to firm hardness and chiropractor approved. Our kitchen provides all new electrical appliances and cookware. You can cook your delicious meals during your stay here. Our spacious balcony faces the morning sunrise but in the shade by early afternoon. It is just a great place to relax after a busy day. The apartment has its own laundry with washing machine and dryer. Free supply of laundry detergent. Guest access We have one secure inter parking area for the guests please find your parking number inside of the building and park accordingly. Visitors parking can be used temporarily when you are loading and un-loading. Other things to note Bond: To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we’ve recently introduced a refundable bond for guests without prior Airbnb reviews, local Perth guests bookings, event bookings, booking the maximum number of guests, or last minute booking which we think it could be higher risk than usual. If you have got airbnb reviews with good rating, most of the time, no bond is required. This policy helps us maintain a respectful environment and protect our properties, following a few past incidents.
