Our property consists of four beautifully decorated apartments and a cozy studio in the back, accommodating up to 16 guests. Here's what you can expect: **Accommodations:** - **Main House:** Features three apartments including one on the second floor, each with a comfortable bedroom, fully furnished kitchen, dining area, and brand new memory foam mattresses. - **Studio:** A private, self-contained space with all the essentials. - **Apartments A & D:** Equipped with washer/dryer access for your convenience. **Amenities:** - **Kitchens:** Each apartment comes with a fully furnished kitchen, perfect for preparing family meals. - **Entertainment:** Every bedroom and living room boasts a smart TV with Roku setup, ensuring endless entertainment options. - **Outdoor Space:** Enjoy our pet-friendly, fully fenced backyard. Guest access Park in the driveway to the left of the front of the house on East Cervantes as well as against the fence on N 16th Ave. Apt A is accessible from the front porch while the access for the other three are inside the privacy gate. They all have electronic locks on the front. The access code will be sent within 24 prior to the stay. Other things to note We're excited to host you. Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information. Early Check-ins, Late Checkouts: Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please reach out ASAP to ask for potential extensions.
