Before confirming your booking, please note that guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the reservation process. This agreement includes important information about your stay, such as house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, and other essential details. Property Setup Please note that there is a other apartment located at the same address, and other guests may be staying during your reservation. However, your rented space remains private and exclusively yours. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out We’re happy to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs whenever our schedule allows. These are offered at $20 per hour (minimum of one hour). Please reach out as soon as possible to check availability and request an extension. Shower Details The shower has a compact design with lower head clearance, which may be less comfortable for taller guests. Water Pressure Note You may notice slightly reduced water pressure in the shower when the downstairs washer is in use. Once the washer is off, the water pressure returns to normal. Security & Monitoring For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable). Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors. AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.
