Your access code will be provided upon check-in. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). Use of lobby round seating area at fireplace. Use of walking paths and overlook benches. Use of the gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site). Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to staff operated golf carts, fitness facility, bonfire pit rentals and bike rentals are not available to private renters. Other things to note Concierge services, front desk services, access to golf carts are not available. Room service through the resort is not available, but DoorDash, UberEats and pizza delivery all are accessible to order delivery to the villa. The fitness facility and bike rentals available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site). Bonfires booked through the front desk in the cement pits on the beach are not available, but you are welcome to build your own in the sand - supplies can be purchased across the street at Seascape Market or any other grocery store in the area. NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz County, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning. Cleaning fee includes but cleaning and linens (we use 2 different companies for each.) Linen company will come by prior to your arrival and make beds with clean sheets and leave towels (1 set of towels per person the home sleeps are provided.) Upon departure linen service will come launder all linens and towels so you don't have to! Beach Towels are NOT provided. Seascape has outside video cameras in public spaces throughout the property.
