Welcome to my extremely soothing, comfortable and sparkling home. Guests always have trouble leaving because they feel so comfortable. In winter, enjoy the wood-burning fireplace, as well as the terrace with pergola and heating. Cozy atmosphere guaranteed! In the summer, enjoy the garden and two terraces, to enjoy a friendly meal. It has a lot of charm with its exposed bricks and beams. You will feel right at home here. The space Old village school that was renovated in 2015. Guests can park their car in the yard, two spaces are dedicated. An electric charging station is available at the village hall. Large, bright, dual-aspect living room that will give you access to a terrace at the front of the guinguette where you can have a meal and on the terrace and fully enclosed back garden to have an aperitif or snack. The kitchen is equipped (oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, stovetop, fridge with water and ice dispenser, etc.) as well as a washer-dryer. Upstairs you will have access to a bathroom with bathtub. A first bedroom with a 160 cm double bed. A second bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and shower room. Bed and bath linens are provided. Wi-Fi access. Guest access Located in the heart of Bouvines and its beautiful and historic listed church. 10 minutes from the 4 Canton metro station (P+R), Pierre Mauroy Stadium, Lesquin Airport and the Haute Borne business park. Departure of many hiking trails and paths (Voyettes de la Marque in particular) 1 min walk for relaxation or running. Shops: - A bakery and a Biocoop 5 minutes' drive away - L'Allumette restaurant 2 min walk - 20 minutes from Lille city center Access to the listing is completely autonomous with a lockbox. Other things to note The accommodation is recommended for 4 adults and 2 children since the 3rd bedroom is an extra inflatable mattress. We live on site so our belongings are available but you have to take care of them. Please do not touch our food and supplies :-)
