Near to Gajome Lake Regional Park with its hiking trails and the starting point for the Bike to Ocean riverside trail, you have the additional advantage of just being a block away. 15 min from the ocean, a very easy drive on HWY 76 . Located enough inland that the gloomy invertion layer clears out sooner to live a beautiful sunrise and evening sunset colors. Private back yard with dining, seating The space As you inter through the front door, you have livingroom, dinning room, kitchen to the left, and the den as you go through the kitchen. downstairs you also will find tge laundry room and a restroom. the den has the patio door that leads to the back yard. Upstairs you have 2 bedroom one with full size bed and another with 2 twin beds. A full bathroom off the landing, hallway cabinets wuth all the towels you might need. Master bedroom suit with its own bathroom and dressing room. A sitting area with TV. Guest access guets access is by lockbox on the front door. Other things to note There will be extra guest charge of 55$ per day for each person staying overnight not reported on original reservation total. There will be a charge of 55$ per day for pet that were brought to property and not part of reservation as service dog. There will also be extra cleaning charges $300 to clean after pets that were brought on property espacialy when listing clearly says no pets. There is only accommodation for 2 cars in the drivway. All other cars should be parked on streets that allow overnights parking. There will be charge of $350 if there is smells of smoking inside the house.
