In addition to an unforgettable panoramic view of the entire beach from the building's rooftop. The apartment is on the side of the building on the 5th floor, with no balcony. Neighborhood: Vila Caiçara / Praia Grande - Litoral Sul The space The apartment is 56 m and has: LIVING ROOM with 2 sofas, ceiling and floor fan (tower), 32-inch smart TV, DVD player, stereo, dining table with 4 chairs. Internet with 500 mega speed Wi-Fi. BEDROOM with double bed, 3 single mattresses, wardrobe and ceiling fan. FULL KITCHEN with stove, refrigerator, microwave and all utensils. BATHROOM with glass shower screen. LAUNDRY with 4 beach chairs, 2 stools, washing machine, cleaning products. Guest access The apartment key, along with the access tag, is in the safe next to the apartment door. The guest accesses the building by delivering the printed entry authorization to the concierge, which contains the name of all persons with entry permission. Then, they go up and pick up the keys from the safe. The password is provided after a booking is completed. Guests have free access to the building's rooftop, where the panoramic view on a sunny day is unforgettable. Other things to note CHECK-IN: In the evening of the selected entry date (around 8pm with flexibility). The cleaning fee is not yet included in the final stay fee. City Hall's short-term rentals (FDS only) have the option to hire my housekeeper for cleaning, or guests are responsible for keeping the property clean and tidy when leaving, sending a detailed video of all rooms, refrigerator/freezer, stove and microwave in order. Regarding cleaning fees for those who choose my cleaning lady, simple cleaning is R$100 (does not include refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave) and complete cleaning is R$150. The crockery is not included in the housekeeper's cleaning. They must be cleaned and stored in the closet when they leave. A pet is allowed as long as it is a cat (used to a litter box) or small dog used to doing the needs on a hygienic carpet. Guests can leave their car parked in the building's ground-floor garage from early March to late October. ATTENTION: FROM NOVEMBER TO FEBRUARY, THE GARAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS. THE VEHICLE FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING CAN ONLY BE ENTERED. In this specific period, it is possible to leave the car in the private parking next to the building or on the street around where it has always been quiet.
