The space Enjoy a private tropical pool oasis in a quiet historic Dunedin neighborhood. The cottage is a short 2 block walk/bike to Main St, Pinellas Trail, Dunedin Marina, restaurants & shops. Hop on a dolphin or sunset cruise, take the boat ferry/shuttle or trolley to #1 Clearwater Beach. Just a brief walk or drive to several baseball Spring Training stadiums including Toronto Blue Jays (TD Ballpark) and the Philadelphia Phillies (BayCare stadium). Our charming, quiet and roomy cottage has 2 private bedrooms with new mattresses & comfy bedding, 1 bathroom, living area, screened in porch, washer and dryer, and a renovated, fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the large screen smart TV, free Wi-Fi, central A/C, and private screened in porch - or enjoy the beautiful outdoor area where you can take a dip in the pool, enjoy a relaxing meal or snack poolside, or simply enjoy a quiet, stress-free break in the hammock. 2 e-bikes available to rent by the day (new addition). Sorry, no kids under 12. NO PET POLICY - Unfortunately we cannot allow animals at this time as future guests may suffer from pet dander allergies. Guest access The cottage is all on one level with just a few steps to get in and out in the front and back. The entire cottage is yours to enjoy during your stay. Parking, yard, pool and brick patio are shared areas, however we typically don’t use the space while occupied with guests. We live and work in the main house on the property and are here to answer any questions or help you in any possible way, however, we respect your privacy during your stay. Other things to note We provide coffee, tea, condiments, basic spices, sugar, etc. in the kitchen. The only thing you need a car for (or bike-read on for further info) is groceries or longer trips. (Food Patch grocery store and Jensen Brothers Fish Market are a 1/2 mile walk.) We have recently added 2 e-bikes as an additional amenity available for daily rentals. Additional amenities include ample parking, plenty of towels, beach chairs & towels. You can walk or bike just about everywhere from here - or ride the trolley from Clearwater to Tarpon Springs. We want to be as accommodating as possible: early check-in, need to keep luggage a little longer, etc., just let us know, and we will do our best!
