Fish, swim, or tube during the day and sit around the riverfront fire pit at night. Engage in a game of corn hole or billiards suitable for all ages. The small private community provides a catch and release pond for the kids, which is just a short stroll out your driveway. The pond has a park like setting and is equipped with a park grill and picnic tables. There are smart TVs in every room, so you will always be entertained no matter which room you are in. You could snuggle up by the fireplace in the living room for a family movie night or couple's retreat. All of your favorite streaming apps are accessible for every smart TV in the property. The 3rd bedroom listed is a small loft with a trundle bed which has 2 full mattresses. •New full house water filtration system As you pull in the driveway you will see a small pond full of frogs. When approaching the cabin a small creek runs to the side of the cabin with the back of the cabin providing your private riverfront. Newly installed stone steps beside the dock will give you direct access to the water. By the river you can enjoy stories by the fire pit, a dock to fish off of, or play outdoor games such as corn hole. As you enter the cabin the main floor is an open concept with beautiful cathedral ceilings highlighting the cabins large beams. Windows surround you in the main living area which connect you with the beautiful outdoors. The family room centers around the floor to ceiling electric fireplace for easy and safe ambience or heat in the winter months. The fully equipped kitchen will make meal prep a piece of cake. A KING master suite with fantastic views of the river, and an en-suite bathroom provides a relaxing atmosphere. With a Keurig coffee maker in the room, you can enjoy the sunrise on your private balcony. A second KING room can be found on the main floor with private entrance to the large back deck, views of the river, and a jack and jill bathroom. The cozy loft provides a double trundle bed with 2 soft FULL mattresses. (Space listed as a 3rd bedroom). The basement provides a game room including a leather futon bed, convertible pool table/ping pong table, Arcade with 5,000 games, putting mat, games, books, and a 50” smart TV. Our cabin is nestled in a quiet mountain community. If you enjoy fishing, the river is home to native trout as well as bass and catfish. You may also visit the Nottely Lake, Blue Ridge Lake and Marina, or Lake Hiawassee to rent a boat for some watersport fun. Boaters and kayakers, have easy access to the water as well as a boat launching ramp. There are picnic areas and hiking trails galore. Orchards, wineries, and golf are all within minutes of the cabin. For all the train lovers you can get a ticket and ride the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, which is minutes from the property. There are several hiking trails for all skill levels. There are also multiple waterfalls within driving distance of the cabin. If you would rather go for a beautiful walk, the Murphy River Walk is a must see. There is so much to do here from Harrahs Casino (12 Miles), horseback trail riding (Appalachian Trail Rides 11 Miles), ziplining (Zipline Canopy Tours), mini golf (Bear Creek Adventures 3 Miles) and so much more. Murphy downtown has shopping, restaurants, antiquing and activities! If you love exploring small downtowns, Murphy is a perfect location. We also have other small towns close by. Especially at night with deck lights on this will allow bugs inside. For security purposes, this property has 2 external cameras located in the front facing the driveway and the back of the property viewing the dock and river. Any tampering with the cameras or the internet may charge an additional fee of $200. New high speed Fiber optic internet/Wi-Fi.
