This sublime triplex house, bright and quiet of 150 m2, loft style thanks to its beautiful volumes, welcomes you on 3 levels, with its 1st living room and fireplace, its USA kitchen, its 2nd living room and its patio (bbq), its 4 bedrooms (3 single beds and a King size bed), its 2 offices and its 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The space For a weekend or vacation as a couple or family, come and enjoy the cocoon house, just for you! You can enjoy your friendly meals in the American kitchen or the patio with its BQQ and relax by the fireplace by the fire. The 1st bedroom on the ground floor has its private bathroom with its walk-in shower, its desk and its vast library. The 2 children's bedrooms are located on the 1st floor with a bathroom and a bathtub. The bright master suite is located on the 2nd floor with a bathroom and walk-in shower. For nature lovers, come and enjoy this cocoon in the heart of nature to enjoy your walks, on foot, by bike or on horseback, in the thousand and one forests, the marvelous ponds of Commelles, the six golf courses and the numerous majestic castles in the surrounding area, or along the Chantilly racecourse, while being a stone's throw from Paris. Guest access The whole cocoon house is yours! Other things to note You will find the church and its bell tower on the village square, tennis, football and basketball courts, the open-air market, a supermarket open 7/7 until 9 p.m., next door to here, a delicious butcher and a divine bakery in the street, three free parking lots a few meters from the house, in a village that is as calm as it is warm, secure and respectful.
