Inspired by the fact that Claudia lived in New Zealand for a long time, the house is decorated in the lakeside style. Authentic surfboards and paddles, a blue kitchen and lakeside wall finishes... it reminds you of the well-known style of the New Zealand lakehouses. 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room, BBQ and hot tub and a very spacious garden make your holiday complete. 'Auckland' won't disappoint you. Guest access The entire detached house is only available to you and your guests. Other things to note A bucket of fuel wood for the hot tub is included with every booking. If it runs out, additional booking is possible, but can also be picked up quickly at the nearby Gamma or Praxis. Auckland is a luxury holiday home. Not suitable for parties or gatherings, but very suitable for longer stays of people visiting family from abroad. If you have special wishes, please always contact us first. A clean house is a priority for everyone. That is why we have our houses professionally cleaned regardless of the duration of the rental. The beds are made and there are 2 towels per person. In the bathroom you will find shampoo, shower gel and a hairdryer. The kitchen contains basic necessities such as coffee, tea, sugar, milk powder and spices. The hot tub is thoroughly cleaned after each stay and filled with clean water before the arrival of new guests. The cleaning costs (€135) include: cleaning the house and the hot tub, 1800 liters of water for the hot tub, firewood for the 1st hot tub session, making the beds, use of towels, bed linen and basic supplies.
