Very nice studio near the center of Nijmegen

Nicely decorated ground floor studio in one of the most beautiful and centrally located places of Nijmegen-East. You walk to the city center in 10 minutes. In the immediate vicinity you will find several nice restaurants. The fascinating hilly landscape in which Berg and Dal and Groesbeek are hidden, are easy to reach by foot or by bike as well as the sandy beaches of the river Waal where you can swim. The studio is accessible for disabled people with a wheelchair. The space The studio covers a total area of ± 80 m2 with a shielded outdoor area. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment such as a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, induction hob, coffee maker, milk foamer and all necessary kitchenware is also provided. From the central room you have access to the toilet, bathroom and separate area with a washer and dryer. The double bed measures 140 x 200 and has a comfortable mattress plus top deck. There is an extra bed / folding bed with a comfortable mattress of 90 x 200 for 1 person. Extra beds can be added for an additional fee. There is no separate bedroom in the studio. Guest access All rooms are accessible to guests. Other things to note The studio has a TV with 40+ channels including English (language) TV channels. It is also possible to activate the NETFLIX app on the TV with your own login credentials.
