Very nice studio near the center of Nijmegen

Beautifully furnished studio in one of the most beautiful and centrally located places in Nijmegen East. You can walk to the city center in 10 minutes. In the immediate vicinity, there are many nice restaurants. The hilly landscape in which Berg en Dal and Groesbeek are hidden are easy to reach on foot or by bike, as well as the sandy beaches of the Waal where you can swim. The studio is accessible to disabled people with a wheelchair. The space The studio covers a total area of ± 80 m2 with a sheltered outdoor space. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee maker, milk frother and all necessary kitchen utensils. From the central room, you have access to the toilet, bathroom and work area with the washing machine and dryer. The double bed measures 140 x 200 and has a comfortable mattress with a top deck on it. There is a side/folding bed with a comfortable mattress of 90 x 200 for 1 person. If necessary, extra beds can be added for an additional fee. There is no separate bedroom in the studio. Guest access All spaces are accessible by guests. Other things to note In the studio there is a TV with 40+ channels. It is also possible to activate the NETFLIX app on the TV with your own login details.
