Evergreen wellness met sauna & hottub

Need some rest and relaxation?! Then you have come to the right place with our cozy vacation home "Evergreen Wellness." Come and enjoy our wood-fired hot tub and barrel sauna or relax in the large sunny private garden. "Evergreen Wellness" is a detached bungalow and is located on a small holiday park located on a recreational lake. In the park and in the natural surroundings, there is plenty to do for young and old. In short, a wonderful place to spend time with family and friends! The space The layout of "Evergreen Wellness" is as follows: Upon entering the central hall, you will find the toilet on the left side. Next to the toilet is the bright bathroom with lovely rain shower, large mirror and two separate laundry bowls. Towels and a hairdryer are provided in the wooden furniture. During your stay the use of shampoo and shower gel is included. Opposite these areas is a meter cupboard and a stair case. The free WIFI is also arranged from the meter cupboard. In the staircase closet, there are highchair(s) and a drying rack. From the hall you then enter the spacious living room with French doors to the spacious private garden. The spacious living room has a corner sofa, soft armchair, a large floating smart television and a closet full of various board games. There are two baskets with children's toys under the television. An air conditioning unit has been placed to cool or heat the space pleasantly! Also, the living room has a cozy dining area that can accommodate six people. You can have a nice dinner at the beautiful oval table. The open kitchen is very fully equipped with combi-oven/microwave, fridge, induction hob, filter coffee maker, kettle, Nespresso Dolce Gusto machine and equipped with spices, olive oil, coffee and tea for the first days. Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room where you can use a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and a freezer. Dishwasher tablets and other cleaning items are free to use. The cozy downstairs bedroom has a beautiful light through the large windows and features two wonderfully made-up single box springs. An open wardrobe with hanging and sunbathing area are provided in this space. On the second floor are two bedrooms with two made-up single box springs and a separate toilet. In the hallway opposite the stairs is a sanibroyeur toilet with fountain. At the top of the stairs, a stair gate is attached to ensure the safety of small children. The bedrooms upstairs feature beautiful wooden panels that radiate warmth and provide fine acoustics. There are also (clothing)wardrobes, a French balcony and air conditioning available. All bedrooms have a four-season duvet, duvet cover, hand and bath towels. On request and for a fee, a prepared camping bed can be added. In the back of the spacious and sunny garden is the wonderful wellness with a wood-burning hot tub and barrel sauna. Both are suitable for 6 people and can only be used by you and your party. PLEASE NOTE: Firewood is NOT included in the price. We can provide wood package(s) including firelighters and lighting materials at an additional cost. Of course, it is also possible to bring your own firewood. Furthermore, the garden is attractively lit in the evenings, there is a canopy for, for example, storing bicycles and a climbing frame/swing rack for children. The terrace has a cozy seating area where a sunshade hangs upstairs so you can enjoy being outside in the summer months in the shade. Also, the garden is fenced all around with laurel bushes and you can close (and lock) the garden on both sides of the bungalow with a gate. Holiday park and surroundings: The holiday park is located in a beautiful natural area in the border area of the Rijk van Nijmegen and the land of Maas and Waal. The holiday park offers a wide range of facilities and activities, including an indoor swimming pool, entertainment team, restaurant with terrace, recreational lake, indoor and outdoor playground, jeu de boules court, petting zoo, adventure mini golf, tennis courts, fishing pond and bowling alley. The beautiful river landscape invites you to take nice walks and bike rides. Furthermore, the area is ideal for an active getaway, such as mountain biking, running or climbing at Fundustry Viking Adventures. Take a trip to Burgers Zoo or visit the bustling city of Nijmegen. Guest access A few days before arrival, you will receive the check-in details and other information from us. To enter the holiday park by car, you need a pass to open the barrier. You only need the barrier pass when entering. At the bungalow, there is parking for one car. Other cars must be parked in the (free) parking lot at the entrance of the park. From the general parking lot, it is a few minutes' walk to the bungalow. Other things to note Included in the total price are: * Water for the hot tub. * Oils for the sauna. * Tourist tax. * Bedding and towels. Excluded from the total price are: * Wood and firelighters for the hot tub and sauna. The costs are €25 per package. A package consisting of firewood, firelighters and kindling is enough for one use of the hot tub and one use of the sauna for a duration of at least 2.5 hours. * Rent and make up baby camping bed. The costs are €12.50 per stay. The cleaning fee includes: * Cleaning of the bungalow, hot tub and sauna. * Filling the hot tub with water. * Making the beds. * Washing and drying of bed linen and towels. NOTE: Migrant workers are not allowed in this holiday park. The bungalow is exclusively for rent for recreational use.
