The space The 53 sqm apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift. The interior space is composed as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with induction hob (4 burners), fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven and glasses of wine; - Living room with TV, double sofa bed and table with chairs; - Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe; - Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box - 6/8 sqm balcony with table and chairs, washing machine. Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI with 1GB fiber, independent heating, split A/C (in the living room and bedroom), hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
