Description
The Presbytery is a monument and is located in Boven-Leeuwen. A small, quiet village, in the Land of Maas and Waal. The Rectory with the St. Willibrordus Church attached to it is located in the center, near the dike with behind it the beautiful floodplains and the river Waal. The Kapelaan is a cozy, cozy, full apartment within the Presbytery, with still beautiful old details such as the stained glass windows. There is a spacious, cozy shared garden for the guests. The space You enter through the old service entrance (front door on the side of the rectory) which you share with possible tenants of the apartment on the third floor, which is suitable for 4 persons. In the small hall is the door to your living room and bedroom, which is lockable. Next to the first small hall there is another hall. In the first part of the hall there is the kitchen. Next to the kitchen there is a staircase which leads to the second floor (private rooms) and the third floor. Next to this staircase there is a bathroom and a wall with closets. The kitchen, bathroom and wall with closets are only for you, the tenants of the Kapelaan. As a tenant of The Chaplain, you do not have to use the stairs.
