The building doesn't have an elevator like it is common in many other buildings in this area; * The apartment has three bedrooms, one bathroom, one fully equipped kitchen and a a balcony with some good views: * All three bedrooms have a queen size or a king size bed and a desk in case you need to work; * Each bedroom is furnished with comfortable mattresses, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests; * The fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom provide all the comforts of home; * Enjoy strong Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the apartment, perfect for staying connected or planning your Lisbon adventures; * Nestled on a street adjacent to a bustling Lisbon avenue, our apartment offers the best of both worlds. Arroios practically at your door, Alameda and Anjos about 10 minutes walk or less. You have also amazing restaurants, pharmacies, two main supermarkets and many smaller markets at your doorstep; * Smoking is not permitted indoors including balcony and windows; * Pets are not allowed; * Please be respectful of neighbors and silence hours; * Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM; * A concerned and caring team that will make everything to make your stay the best possible. Please note that a fee of €30 applies for early check-ins before 1 pm or late night check-ins after 8 pm. A fee of € 50 applies for late night check-ins after 11 pm.
