The kitchen offers a welcoming environment for socializing and eating together. It includes cooking utensils and cutlery essential for preparing delicious meals. The master bedroom includes a large bed equipped with good quality linen and plenty of storage space. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities to freshen up, including clean towels and free toiletries. The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guest access The entire property is at your disposal. Other things to note This property is a self check-in property, and you'll be asked to verify your identity before checking in at the property. Check-in can be from 2:00 p.m., subject to availability and confirmation. Once the booking is confirmed, guests must complete a registration form in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. The zero tolerance policy applies to smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (smell of smoke, ashes, butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smokers. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. For the first few days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys if available, lost keys or door opener service during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning package.
