My space is very quiet. It has soundproof windows. The space is prepared for work, study and walking. We comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. We have a double bed and a double sofa bed. The space The living room consists of a sofa bed, a Smart TV and a pouf. The apartment is equipped with Spot lamps that create a great atmosphere. I particularly love opening the sofa bed in front of the TV, putting a half light in the room and binge-watching Netflix or Youtube. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, 2-burner cooktop, refrigerator and a table with space for up to 4 people. A regular coffee maker is available. In the bedroom, there is a luggage rack that comfortably accommodates the (small) suitcases of up to 4 guests. The decor is charming. Also in the bedroom, there is a workstation with a comfortable chair (I'm using it now). The internet is 500Mbs and you should have no problems with this speed. There is a laundry in the building and washing and drying of clothes must be scheduled. The bathroom is charming, too. There is a heated towel rack. Each guest will receive a towel. In the bathroom, we have a 127v hair dryer. There is a 220v outlet in the bathroom for use. Please do not plug the hair dryer into this outlet. Guest access The apartment is equipped with an electronic lock and you'll be ready to access it yourself. It is necessary to send a photo of the document for access to the building 48 hours in advance. Inside the apartment, you will have full access to the environments that are not locked. I have two cabinets in the property (one in the bedroom and one in the kitchen) that are locked with a key. These cannot be opened. The rest of the property is yours to use with care and responsibility. The laundry room (washer and dryer) is a space that guests have access to, but prior scheduling is required.
