1 room divided into 3 sections: AIR-CONDITIONED ideal for small families. One section has 2 double beds, another section has 2 double beds, and the third section has 1 double bed with a private bathroom (that bathroom must be shared by the family). You can use the dining room, equipped kitchen, and other common areas. We have hot water if you wish, Wi-Fi, and a garage for 4 cars. In the living room, there is a TV with Netflix available. Street lit. We look forward to seeing you! The space Our home is in a quiet subdivision with a newly paved and lit street. We are located 5 minutes (by car) from the center and the lake, 100m from a mini-supermarket. If you rent this room, you'll likely meet other guests in the house, but you'll have privacy in your rented space. Guest access The house's kitchen is shared (it includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, blender, toaster, chocolate maker, etc.), the dining room, the staircase (for rooms on the upper floor), the garage and the living room. Also, access to the property. During your stay You may meet other guests of the house or the maintenance staff. The staff and I sleep in another house, but we are available and ready to help through phone calls, text messages, WhatsApp, and email.
