The basement suite is so cozy and comfortable! When I first moved in Clay & RyLee met me in person and showed me around the apartment. They made sure I had everything I needed and was settled in. Throughout my stay there, they checked in with me often to make sure I was ok. They were so warm and welcoming. The apartment is very nicely decorated, with plenty of space. It has up to date appliances (stove, oven, washer/dryer, heating & AC) and everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. It also has a great little electric fireplace that I utilized often during the fall and winter. The bed is very comfortable and there is a big walk-in closet. There's also a small laundry area with plenty of shelves and space for hanging clothes. Outside the front door is a small patio area with lights and a table and chairs. All of these things are very nice touches to the apartment and made for a very comfortable, enjoyable 3 months there.
