The private 800-square-foot, one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment features an in-suite laundry, a large walk-in closet with a window, a contemporary new kitchen, and an electric fireplace. Enjoy the comfort of your own HVAC system and tankless hot water supply. The suite offers a spacious, open layout with a welcoming vibe. The dining area flows seamlessly into the living room, which includes an electric fireplace and a flat-screen SMART TV, also viewable from the cozy sitting area. Behind the sitting area, you'll find your own private laundry facilities with a new stackable washer/dryer, folding area, and hanging station. The spacious walk-in closet off the bedroom is filled with natural light. The three-piece bathroom offers a retro tile design, a nod to the 1950s when the home was originally built. The basement suite is so cozy and comfortable! When I first moved in Clay & RyLee met me in person and showed me around the apartment. They made sure I had everything I needed and was settled in. Throughout my stay there, they checked in with me often to make sure I was ok. They were so warm and welcoming. The apartment is very nicely decorated, with plenty of space. It has up to date appliances (stove, oven, washer/dryer, heating & AC) and everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. It also has a great little electric fireplace that I utilized often during the fall and winter. The bed is very comfortable and there is a big walk-in closet. There's also a small laundry area with plenty of shelves and space for hanging clothes. Outside the front door is a small patio area with lights and a table and chairs. All of these things are very nice touches to the apartment and made for a very comfortable, enjoyable 3 months there. I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment or any of Clay & RyLee's other listings. It's only a quick 15 minute drive to Downtown Nashville as well!" -- Liz L.
