Guest access Guests will have full and exclusive access to the 2-bedroom apartment, with no need to share it with anyone. 🏡 This ensures complete privacy, a differential for your stay! ✨ In addition, you can use: ✔️ Swimming pool: available for use at specific times in the condominium. ✔️ Parking: space available for greater convenience🚗. ✔️ Common areas: perfect for relaxing in a safe and comfortable environment. 📍 Location: Located on a quiet, dead-end street with exclusive access to condominiums. The area is easily accessible by public transportation or transportation apps. ⚠️ Reminder: Respecting the general rules of the condominium helps ensure a peaceful stay for everyone. Other things to note 📜 Hosting Rules 1️⃣ 🚭 No Smoking: Smoking inside the apartment or in the indoor areas of the condominium is not allowed, helping to keep the environment healthy and welcoming for everyone. 2️⃣ 🚷 Restricted Access: The entry of people not registered in the reservation is strictly prohibited, both in the condominium and in the apartment. Respecting this rule preserves the safety and tranquility of the space. 3️⃣ 🚫 Objects in the Windows: To ensure everyone's safety, it is forbidden to throw objects or items out of the windows. 4️⃣ 📦 Use of Belongings: The objects and utensils available in the apartment are for internal use only. Removing them for other purposes is not allowed. 5️⃣ 🛠️ Maintenance and Cleaning: • We ask that the apartment be left tidy, with the garbage removed 🗑️ and the dishes cleaned 🍽️, avoiding odors or accumulated dirt. • The cleaning fee is a one-time fee and is already included in the stay, covering standard cleaning (dust, floors, etc.). If you would like extra services, we are available to schedule them. 🧹 6️⃣ 🚗 Parking Use: The use of the parking space is exclusive to the space designated to the apartment. Parking in other places is prohibited. For entry and exit, follow the instructions of the concierge and respect the access control. 7️⃣ 🏊‍♀️ Pool Use: The pool is available at times common to all residents and may be closed for maintenance. Confirm the times directly with the person who checks you in or on the information boards near the pool area. 8️⃣ 🔇 Respect for Silence: As this is a residential condominium, we request that silence be maintained between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., respecting the peace and well-being of all. 9️⃣ ⚖️ Rights and Rules: The civil rules of coexistence applicable to condominiums are the responsibility of the guest. Caring for the environment and good practices contributes to a harmonious stay. 🔟 🐾 Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. The condominium requires a different registration, and we do not yet have the structure to accommodate pets.
