It is a property located very close to the sea and the beach but at the same time it is surrounded by green area without building enjoying the advantages of an isolated country house with very few neighbors. The house enjoys fantastic views of the sea from both its terrace with pool and several rooms of the house. Built on the ground floor and first floor. Most of the house is on the ground floor: a living room with beautiful ocean views, a spacious fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area also overlooking the sea, four double bedrooms, and three bathrooms. One of the rooms has an en-suite bathroom. Three of the bedrooms have fans on the ceiling. 4 of the bedrooms have air-conditioning. In the center of the house is a nice interior patio that gives a lot of light to the house. On the first floor is the master suite with an en suite bathroom, A/C and a large terrace with spectacular ocean views. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with grass and lots of trees. A wild path leads from the house to the virgin cove of Biniparratx. It is a comfortable home located in a spectacular setting. Other things to note Tourist tax not included- 2€ per night per night On arrival you will find the following basics: a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap in each bathroom, a couple of dishwasher tablets, trash bag inside each bucket, dishwashing detergent, a scoop and a kitchen cloth; everything necessary for the first few days but not stocked for the entire stay. No condiments or oil provided. In case of stays of less than 7 nights, the check-out cleaning goes separately (€250).
