The main floor houses a large living room, a modern kitchen with central island, a formal dining area, one double bedroom with ensuite shower, an extra bathroom, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Upstairs includes four more bedrooms: one twin with bathtub, one double with shower, and two doubles with bathtubs—each with its own ensuite and the possibility of adding single beds upon request. On the lower level, a quiet study opens to a furnished veranda with pool views, alongside a bathroom that serves the pool area. Interiors combine original stone and wood with tasteful modern finishes throughout. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, private pool, garden, and all indoor and outdoor living areas. Parking is available for up to three cars. Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the villa and garden. Entry is via self check-in. Late check-in is available with an additional fee. Other things to note The outdoor pool (5 x 10 m, 1.5 m deep) is open from May 1 to October 1, with sunbeds and umbrellas for relaxing. A wood-fired oven is available only with a professional chef and prior arrangement. Waste disposal must be done in accordance with local regulations or fines may apply. The property is professionally cleaned before arrival; guests are expected to maintain it during their stay. Electricity for air conditioning is charged separately at €0.70 per kWh.
