Southfox is a gorgeous, detached villa with a well-tended garden and a pool located in Cinquale, right on the seafront and less than 4 km away from the heart of Forte dei Marmi. The location guarantees privacy as it is the only house for a kilometer as well as the convenience of being only 1 minute walk away from the beach. The space INTERIORS The villa is spread over three floors and has been designed to welcome guests into an elegant, relaxing atmosphere full of comfort. The main entrance, slightly elevated and accessible via a charming double curved external staircase located at the rear of the villa, leads directly into the large main living room, a bright and inviting space dedicated to relaxation, with a sitting/TV area and hot/cold air conditioning, ideal in every season. To the right is the kitchen, modern and functional, with a peninsula, dining table, and every appliance one could wish for, making the house comfortable and easy to enjoy even during longer stays. This area also benefits from Wi-Fi coverage, available in all rooms and throughout the entire front exterior side of the house, all the way to the pool area. To the left of the entrance, a hallway leads to the ground floor sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom with hot/cold air conditioning and a twin bedroom with joinable beds, also equipped with hot/cold air conditioning; the two bedrooms share a magnificent bathroom with both bathtub and shower. From the living room, a beautiful marble staircase leads up to the first floor, where a hallway opens onto two double bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning and open onto a wide balcony with a truly enchanting sea view, perfect for moments of complete peace from morning until evening. Also from the living room, a second staircase leads down to the basement floor, dedicated to wellness and entertainment. Here you will find a cinema room with a large ergonomic sofa and a 90-inch Smart TV, a service twin bedroom with joinable beds, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and finally a wonderful wellness/fitness area with jacuzzi, Turkish bath, gym equipment, and an additional elegant and well-appointed bathroom. The room on the lowest floor is the only room in the villa not equipped with air conditioning. GARDEN The property is surrounded by approximately 3,000 square meters of outdoor space, mostly made up of wide and beautifully maintained green lawns, enriched by tall trees, plants, and flowers that give the villa a feeling of privacy, harmony, and total relaxation. The area in front of the house is entirely paved in Tuscan terracotta and includes the solarium and the large portico onto which all the French windows of the living room and kitchen open. Here, guests can fully enjoy outdoor living in complete peace, with a lounge area perfect for relaxing and an outdoor dining area set up right next to the kitchen, ideal for slow breakfasts, sunset aperitifs, and dinners shared in good company. Completing the outdoor spaces are also the barbecue area and a wood-fired oven, perfect for making the most of the villa’s atmosphere. Wi-Fi is also included throughout the entire front exterior side of the house, including the area around the pool, to ensure connection and convenience even outdoors. There is also a fantastic Bluetooth sound system surrounding the pool, perfect for creating the right atmosphere throughout the day, from peaceful mornings to more convivial moments. Up to 6 cars can be parked along the private driveway near the entrance staircase of the villa, at the base of which there is also a charming pond with goldfish, a detail that makes the arrival at the house even more picturesque. POOL The swimming pool, open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October (except for special requests), is located directly in front of the villa’s portico and is easily reached by going down just four steps. Rectangular in shape and lined in PVC, it measures 12 x 7 meters, with a depth ranging from 1 to 2.20 meters; access to the water is via steps and a metal ladder. The solarium area, paved in terracotta and protected by two tall windbreaking colonnades, with the third side completely enclosed by a hedge, is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas to offer maximum comfort during sunny days. The pool is served by an external bathroom with changing room and hot-water shower. It is equipped with chlorine purification, internal lights, and heating available on request. In addition, the pool is surrounded by a protective fence with two entrance gates (not visible in the photos), which can be removed on request upon signing a waiver of use. INFO The photos are not very up to date and do not fully reflect all of the property’s most recent improvements: the house is in fact also equipped with latest-generation window frames, Smart TVs in almost all areas, and many modern, high-tech comforts that make the stay even more enjoyable.
