The "Venezia House" apartment is located in Venice Mestre and is the ideal accommodation for families and couples. The apartment of about 80 m² was renovated and furnished in 2024 and consists of a living room, office corner, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and can accommodate 7 people. The rooms can be both double or twin beds. In the living room there is a generous queen-size sofa bed with bed base and mattress. Baby cot on request, dogs welcome. The space THE KITCHEN: New and modern and complete with all the necessary utensils, it will allow you to prepare excellent meals. The following are always available, free of charge, for guests: coffee capsules, tea bags, sugar, herbal teas, water, biscuits, pasta, salt, pepper and ....... oil The kitchen has an induction hob, microwave oven, electric oven, coffee machine, kettle for American coffee and herbal teas, toaster/grill pan, hand blender, fridge and freezer. OFFICE AREA: You will find a large office area at your disposal, so you can devote yourself to your work, interests, and plan your visits. You will find books, magazines, and guides to get around and get to know Venice and its region. It is used for children / teenagers as a study or play area since you will have board games, playing cards and much more at your disposal. LIVING ROOM/LIVING ROOM Generous sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed with bed base and double mattress. You will find a large table for 6 people, a 55-inch TV with Netflix, Prime video, digital terrestrial, and a terrace with a view. BEDROOMS They are equipped with high and comfortable mattresses. The arrangement of the beds: they can be single or double beds. In the larger room it is possible to add a single bed and a cot/cot for children from 0-4 years old free of charge under 3 years old. Both rooms are equipped with smart TV (Netflix-Prime video), windows with "privacy" glass and electric shutters in all rooms. GARAGE On request it is possible to request 1 garage for a car with costs to be agreed. Guest access The entire apartment will be at your complete disposal, with a maximum capacity of 7 people and has two bedrooms and living room with sofa bed. Room availability will be configured based on the number of guests who have actually arrived. For example, if you are 2 people, one room may remain closed. VENEZIA HOUSE at check-in you will be greeted personally and you will be provided with all the information you need for your stay (transport, places of interest, where to eat, maps......). Check-in: 15:00 - 20:00 (after 20.00 must be agreed and an additional cost may be required depending on the time). Check-out: before 10:00 (on request it is possible to check-out after 10.00 based on availability, it must be agreed and an additional cost may be required depending on the time). Other things to keep in mind. The apartment is equipped with finely selected quality sheets and towels. The supply of bed linen and towels is included. We care about guaranteeing our customers the best service, trusting that they have the utmost respect and care in the use of every asset in the house at their disposal. Other things to note Guests will be required to pay a tourist tax of €4 per night per adult, with children under 10 staying for free, which we will arrange to pay to the Municipality of Venice according to the local regulations. Payment can be made before check-in by sending money via credit card or bank transfer, which will be communicated to you by the host, or in cash at the time of check-in. The guest must communicate the estimated check-in time at least one day before arrival. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards, and any early check-in may be arranged with the host if possible. At least 2 days before arrival, guests must send their documents (passport or ID card) by email for transmission by the host to the Police Authorities. On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM unless otherwise agreed with the host. Self-check-out does not exempt the guest from responsibility in case of damages and shortcomings found in the apartment. In case of failure to clean dishes, uncollected and disposed garbage, €20.00 will be charged. The guest is required to respect the tranquility and privacy of the neighbors. From 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and during the evening and night hours (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM), shouting, noise, loud talking, as well as keeping the volume of music or TV high, are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in common areas (stairs). Dogs and cats are welcome: bowls and kibble will be provided. A fee of €20.00 will be required for sanitization and cleaning. Animals must not disturb the neighborhood soil or damage the structure; otherwise, the cost of restoration will be quantified and requested.
