APARTMENT The whole place was designed with Colombian culture and traditions in mind. Many of the objects you will find were handmade by artists from all over the country, which is also true for most of the furniture, such as the rustic dining table, the beds made of bamboo, the natural rock sinks in the bathroom or the hand-painted toilets. You will explore interesting things throughout the apartment and find informative books about the country, the city and its people. The apartment is fully equipped for long term stays. The total size is 90 square meters (968 square feet). The master bedroom has a queen bed and a private access bathroom with a double sink and double walk-in shower, the second bedroom has a double bed, and a full bathroom is just next door, accessed from outside the bedroom. If you like to cook, you're totally covered. In the kitchen you will find everything you could wish for. Plenty of counter space, large fridge, dishwasher, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle, pasta maker, mortar and pestle... you name it. There is a barbecue grill for use on the balcony. The open concept living area features a large dining table (4-6 people), as well as an inviting lounge space to hang out. A flat screen smart TV with Chrome Cast and Netflix service is included. LOCATION The neighborhood is one of the safest in the city. However, the building has a 24/7 security service. You will be close to several shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, gyms and banks. You are a 5-minute walk from Avenida del Poblado. By the way, the city closes the avenue every Sunday between 7 am and 1 pm, so that its residents can use it to go for a walk, run or bike ride. Remember that the listing includes two mountain bikes for you to use. Highly recommended! OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Internet is 250 Mbps, good connection throughout the apartment. There is a wifi extender available, but it is not needed. Once a week the entire apartment is professionally cleaned, which is free of charge for the guests. He may need to take a photo of the ID(s) as well. 2) The maximum occupancy limit is 4 people. You cannot bring any additional people that were not included in the initial booking process. Visitors are not allowed, no matter how much time they spend in the apartment. 2) Any guest beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $50 (USD) per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if unregistered guests enter the property. 3) Quiet hours are important in this residential building and range from 10 pm till 8 am. 4) Parties, smoking, illegal drugs, unregistered guests and escorts are strictly forbidden.
