The space This charming and carefully renovated Rustico house offers a perfect blend of traditional architecture and modern comfort. On the ground floor, there is a cozy bedroom with rustic wooden ceilings, modern amenities, and a King-Size bed. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and a spiral staircase leading to the upper floor. Additionally, a storage room on this floor has been converted into a mini shop and wardrobe, adding practicality and convenience for guests. A modern bathroom with an open shower and contemporary fixtures completes the ground floor. The outdoor area provides an idyllic oasis with a spacious stone table, cozy garden loungers, and a retractable awning, ideal for dining outdoors. On the first floor, you will find a generous living and dining area with an antique fireplace and a dining table, surrounded by rustic stone and wood. Two sofas, which can be used as sofa beds, offer additional sleeping options and make this area ideal for larger groups or families. The centerpiece of this room is the massive stone fireplace, which creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This house is perfect for those who want to experience the beauty and tranquility of the Ticino landscape without sacrificing modern comfort. Guest access Enjoy unrestricted access to the entire house and the expansive property, spanning nearly 4000 sqm, all of which is exclusively yours during your stay with no other guests around. Relax in the outdoor area, equipped with a barbecue and a cozy lounge area—perfect for fully enjoying the picturesque surroundings. Here, you can unwind in complete privacy and comfort. Other things to note Please note that access to the holiday home is via a 500-meter forest path and is only possible with authorized vehicles. You may park your car 700 meters from the house, and we will escort you, along with your luggage, to the residence. This service is available for both check-in and check-out. Additionally, we are happy to assist with transporting larger shopping items from the parking area to the house upon request. Due to cantonal regulations, some amenities mentioned in previous guest reviews are unfortunately no longer available. In particular: -the hot tub / jacuzzi -the permanent perimeter fence For guests traveling with pets, we are happy to offer, upon request, a temporary enclosure around the house during your stay. Rustico Bellavista is ideally situated for exploring the Muggio Valley, Monte Generoso, and Mendrisiotto, as well as the nearby Lake Como and Lake Lugano. It offers the perfect starting point for spectacular hikes in the surrounding area. The property is located 8 km from Chiasso Railway Station, 27 km from Lugano, 13 km from Como (IT), and 62 km from Malpensa Airport (IT). Regular bus services from the village provide easy access to nearby towns and amenities.
