It enjoys two balconies with breathtaking views of Lake Como and a large outdoor area with table and chairs. Entering we find open space kitchen and living room with sofa bed, TV area and fully equipped kitchen with gas stove top, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Outside we find the lake view balcony equipped with table and chairs. The sleeping area consists of an ante-bathroom with washing machine, a bright double bedroom with lake-view balcony and the full bathroom with shower. The apartment, equipped with Wi-Fi throughout the house and ceiling fans, can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the sofa bed and has a private covered parking space.
