The fully renovated kitchen has a kitchen with an Escorial natural gas oven, an automatic Orbis water heater, a Mabe refrigerator, a toaster and an electric kettle. All beds have their respective pillows, cushions, duvets and a set of white sheets. Guest access The apartment is located on the 7th floor, accessible by elevator and also by stairs. The building has a front door with a 24-hour lock and then the access door to the apartment with 2 locks. The building is very quiet. Located in the heart of Adrogué, 190 meters from the Roca railway station, with direct access to the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires in 30 minutes. 200 meters from the Adrogué Bus executive transfer terminal, 40 minutes from Ezeiza International Airport, 60 minutes from Jorge Newbery Airport. The location is exclusive as it has immediate access to the Adrogué shopping center, with exclusive shops, a gastronomic area, well-known gyms, and a banking area. IMPORTANT: No parties or events are allowed. Only guests registered in the accommodation can enter. Three extra guests are allowed until 10:00 PM, giving prior notice to the Host. Other things to note The apartment is located a few meters from the train station in the city of Adrogué, which means that you can hear the trains.
