The land is large, well wooded, with fruit and leafy trees, attracting various birds and animals such as toucans, blue jays, and marmosets, in addition to keeping the place always cool We are close to the Rio Vermelho Forest Park reserve, where Mozambique beach is located, considered a national surfing reserve. The space The rooms comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, with air conditioning in the bedrooms and a portable fan, wardrobes and comfortable beds. The kitchen has basic utensils, the bathrooms have a differentiated layout with 3 separate rooms, the toilet, shower and toilet, which allows 3 people to use it simultaneously with privacy, in addition to enjoying dishes and faucet with Japanese technology. In the Garden there is a lot of green, with leafy trees like Flamboyant, Imperial Acacia and fruit trees, shading the pool and barbecue areas, making the accommodation and terrain cooler and more pleasant in the summer period.
