The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It also includes essential cookware and a washing machine. The first bedroom is modernly decorated, including a double bed and multiple storage spaces. The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds. The apartment has two bathrooms, and they dispose of all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Guests have a private parking spot in the garage, which they can access from the main gate outside or the inside elevator leading to the underground floors. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.
