A 2 bedroom house with sea views located only a 2 minute walk away from the heart of Santana with plenty of free on-street parking. Both bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms. The house has lovely outdoor areas with 2 benches. The house is only a 15 minute drive away from Machico beach, 30 minutes from Funchal city centre. Walking distance to restaurants ('Adega do Compadre', 'Os Bragados') the 'O Colmo Hotel', ''Quinta do Furão' and 'Casas Tipicas de Santana'. The space A bungalow with a traditional interior, amazing sea views from the top terrace and spacious outside areas for socialising with family and friends. The area is very peaceful! If you're looking to relax and have some peace and quiet. We can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Both bedrooms have double sized beds and ensuite shower rooms. The lounge is separate to the kitchen and dining room. Guest access Full access to the whole property is provided. WIFI and the washing machine is free to use. There is no off-street parking but lots of on-street parking in available. Other things to note PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS WHEN BOOKING YOUR STAY Madeira has a naturally humid climate, particularly in the north of the island. As a result, condensation and humidity can build up inside the home, especially after hot showers or during wetter months. To help maintain a comfortable environment, we kindly ask guests to briefly open windows after showering and upon waking (approximately 20 minutes) to improve airflow and reduce condensation build-up on windows and walls. The property is equipped with wall-mounted air conditioning units that can both heat and cool the house. The system also includes a dehumidifier function (displayed with a water droplet icon), which automatically runs each day to help control indoor humidity levels. For the system to work effectively, windows and exterior doors should remain closed while it is operating. Heated towel rails are provided in the bathrooms to assist with drying towels and reducing moisture. A washing line is available on the roof terrace, and an indoor clothes airer is also provided. Please note that clothing may take longer to dry during colder or wetter months due to the island’s humidity. As the property does not have a tumble dryer, guests staying during these periods may prefer to use a local launderette for faster drying. All bed linen and towels are provided for the exact number of guests on the booking reservation therefore it is important that bookings are made for the correct number of people and that we are advised of any extra guests arriving during your stay. One set of bedding is provided for all beds at any one time. No extra bedding is left at the house. We provide one duvet per bed. Separate duvets for shared beds are not available One bath towel and one face towel is provided for each guest for stays up to 4 nights. For stays longer than 4 nights, two bath towels and two face towels are provided for each guest. We provide a small starter supply of essentials (such as toilet paper, soap, and other consumables) to help you settle in comfortably. If you need more during your stay, you’re welcome to purchase additional supplies locally, as we don’t restock these items. Upon making your reservation, we ask that guests ensure they read the house manual, directions, and check in documents carefully under the itinerary section of their trip on their Airbnb profile as it has all the information they need before and during their stay. This space is created with our guests in mind and a lot of effort is put into ensuring the house is clean and comfortable. Should breakages or damages occur during your stay, guests are to let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange for repairs or replacements ahead of the next guests' stay.
