Front yard and large grassed rear yard are unfenced. Parking available on long open driveway, in garage or on street in front of house. Watch the sunset from the front porch or gaze out the large front picture window. Great room includes the dining room directly off kitchen. Master bedroom is separate from the other 2 bedrooms and second bathroom. Guest access There are 6 stair steps to enter house from the front porch, 4 stair steps from garage or backyard deck to slider. The interior is all one level. Both entry door and garage interior door are on coded locks. Custom code provided prior to checkin. Other things to note I do need a signed lease agreement to complete reservation, easily done via email. I am happy to provide recommendations for meals, activities & resources to get the most out of the area.
