House includes all amenities of home including a fully stocked kitchen, keuig coffee maker, blender, toaster, work space, washer/dryer, smart tv's in all bedrooms and living room, free wifi, towels, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner and adjustable thermostat. Home is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest. We also include light cleaning supplies for your peace of mind. Guest access Guests have access to entire home. An accurate guest count must be included on all reservations. No unauthorized overnight guests without pre-approval from host. It will result in cancellation of reservation. Other things to note Please be advised that pets are not permitted without approval and pet fee paid. It will result in a $400 fine plus the cost incurred for extra cleanup and/or damages and cancellation of reservation No garage parking unless pre-approved by host.
